The stuff of the hotel, were friendly. When we got lost searching for the hotel, they picked us up by car, and delivered us to the hotel. In the hotel there is a kitchen that you can use, and make your own food, and there is milk, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, bread, honey that you can use without an a extra fee.

I got what I paid for and even more. I booked room with a shared bathroom but the manager offered apartment with a private bathroom for the same price! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, I paid for the room with breakfast so I found more than enough food for breakfast in the apartment. The was very friendly and helpful. If you need good place to stay in Bergamo for small price here it is.

Well there's only two disadvantages I could say about this place: the apartment could be cleaner - I found stuff that doesn't need to be on the apartment in the kitchen, in the cabinet etc. And other thing: there was little bit too cold for me, but it's just my opinion.

The room was basic but clean and big enough, the bathrooms were clean and big too, the breakfast was ok, the espresso from the machine was excellent. Location is ok, 10 minutes walking to the train station, there is a bus stop 300 meters from the accomodation

The wi fi signal was not good enough in the room

Guido (the owner) was really nice, he met me at the railway station as I arrived late in the evening. He also gave me some advice on restaurants and places to visit. Helped to find a cheaper taxi to the airport.

The room is very ascetic (but enough to stay for 1-2 nights). Breakfasts were too poor (at least for me, got much better breakfasts at the hotels for the same price).

It would be a really good experience, the staff was fantastic and they do everything that we be like at home. I travelled with a little boy and he was very happy with this hotel. I really give a good reference

The personal was excellent an the room is very big

I found the room clean and a good size and the hotel was well positioned for the airport and train station Guido was very good and assisted with local knowledge for our one night stay by directing to places in Bergamo. .

The down side was the location above a Pizza shop and with other guests arriving noisley in the night. I had little sleep all night. If I was staying again i would need heavy duty earplugs and sleeping tablets

I had a very pleasant stay at My Room B&B. I stayed there for 5 nights and made use of its fully equipped kitchen, which is a great asset of this hotel. While the hotel is not as centrally located as some others, it is still only a 20-minute walk from the train station and a 30-minute walk/climb from the old city (citta alta). Besides, Guido picked me up at the train station, drove me to the hotel, got me oriented in the city and then gave me a lift to a large supermarket, which is quite close to the hotel. NB: I stayed at the apartment in Moroni street close to piazza Pontida.

SUPER friendly and helpful host/staff. The host gave us all information that we needed to eat, drink, see and get to things&places (around 10 min walk from the train station and a bit more to the UpperTown). The breakfast was included and quite nice. (And we had no problems with the noise.)

Very friendly and forthcoming staff. Clean rooms, clean showers. Nice kitchen (breakfast incl.), cosy balcony. Quite roomy. Not far from the city centre (ca 5-10mins walk). Free WiFi

Overall the b&b is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. However, there is a church next door the bells of which started ringing at ca 8-9 am (Sunday morning). Not a problem in case you like early wake-ups but could get tiresome for night owls

The host was great, good facilities and location.

We had a great stay at My Room. It was our best accommodation on our trip. The guy was super helpful – gave us the complete synopsis of the town, go here, eat this, drink here, yada yada. And the apartment was really roomy, modern, and homely.
